2) Take your package to carrier point ( USPS or UPS)

Refund will be made to you once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel which meet the conditions for reimbursement.

We do not accept returns and refunds for:

Customer left wrong address, customer left invalid contact information, customer no answer to the delivery calls & emails, Customer refuses to accept package, didn’t collect package by the deadline from carrier.

If the Smartwatch has a problem you have 15 Days Exchange Guarantee.  Don’t use the Smartwatch on Hot showers or saunas ( avoid water vapor ) This voids the 15 Days Exchange Guarantee.
