For best performance, adjust your Apple Watch to be in close contact with your wrist.
For best results, the back of the Apple Watch should be in close contact with the arm for features such as pulse detection, haptic feedback, and for the heart rate sensor. If you wear your Apple Watch correctly, so it’s not too tight or too loose, the sensors work properly and you can train without feeling any discomfort. Also, the sensors only work properly when you wear Apple Watch on the back of your wrist.
